Single Home Log Cabin Vacation Rental in New Hampshire

1. Rental Agreement

By renting our log cabin, you ("Guest") agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement without refund.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM EST.

  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM EST.

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

3. Cleaning Requirements

  • The cabin must be left in a "broom clean" condition upon departure.

  • All trash must be disposed of in the designated receptacles in the garage

  • Dishes should be washed and put away.

  • Failure to leave the cabin in a reasonably clean condition may result in an additional cleaning fee.

4. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed without prior written permission.

  • If permission is granted, pet-related rules and additional fees may apply.

  • Unauthorized pets may result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of the security deposit.

5. Security and Monitoring

  • For the safety and security of guests and the property, outdoor video monitoring is in place.

  • No cameras or recording devices are present inside the cabin.

  • Tampering with or disabling security cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Occupancy and Use​

  • The cabin may not be used for parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guests, without prior approval.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.

7. Noise and Community Respect

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • Please respect the neighbors and the surrounding environment.

8. Liability and Indemnification

  • The Guest agrees to use the cabin at their own risk and shall not hold the owner liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses during their stay.

  • The Guest is responsible for securing their own belongings.

  • The Guest agrees to explore the woods and steams of water at their own risk and shall not hold the owner liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the stay. 

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in may be subject to a partial or no refund.

10. Violation of Terms

  • Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund and additional fees as necessary.

By completing the booking process, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
